Naarm Degrowth is a network for those who want to and/or are acting, organising and fighting for a degrowth world. We gather locally in person every first Wednesday of the month to learn from and support each other, share food and updates, and plan projects.

Degrowth Central Victoria is a collective supporting degrowth aims by experimenting with degrowth practices in our local area.
Degrowth Ballarat Hub at Buninyong Smart Living Expo, 2026
Since 2024, Ballarat Degrowth Hub have been meeting regularly to learn together and plan activities to work towards Degrowth in Ballarat. We hold workshops and film screenings, have stalls at expos and markets, and have reading and discussion groups, as well as working groups for our various projects. We are well connected with other local Degrowth aligned groups, organisations and initiatives.

We're a newly formed Degrowth group, established in late 2024. Our diverse members share a commitment to global resource justice and sustainability—the core principles of Degrowth. We’re actively engaged in projects that bring these values to life.
We are a new emerging group and have put on one well attended Degrowth Doco in the Box Factory in 2025. Our current project is to screen the Cost of Growth documentary possibly online.
